Reservations made through our website or linked third-party platforms are subject to availability. Lucky’s Lounge reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to circumstances beyond our control. Please review the cancellation policies provided at the time of booking.

Private event deposits and payments are governed by the separate event agreement provided by our events team.

Text Messaging Terms

When you give Lucky's Lounge your mobile number on a form on this website, two optional boxes sit under the phone field. Tick the first to receive text messages from Lucky's Lounge about that inquiry or request. Tick the second to receive recurring marketing text messages from Lucky's Lounge with event and menu news. Each box is its own consent; neither is ticked for you, neither is required, and ticking one is not a condition of any purchase. Leave a box clear and Lucky's Lounge sends no texts of that kind. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and your text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.
